Welcome to The Young Americans Online Store. We want your shopping experience to be as user-friendly as possible, so if you ever have questions or comments, please direct them to store@youngamericans.org.
This website has been designed to accept all major credit cards. Your credit card statement will show Google * YoungAmericans as the vendor.
Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed before being shipped. At this time, we are unable to accommodate any rush orders. You will be notified immediately if the item ordered is out of stock.
California orders are subject to a 7.75% sales tax.
International orders are subject to additional taxes and duties.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery*. All rates and times are based upon ground shipping rates within the continental USA. International shipping times vary based on customs.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Young Americans merchandise, please contact us to expedite an exchange. Returns will be charged a 5% fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless an order error was made by The Young Americans.
Return /Exchange requests must be made to The Young Americans within 15 days of receipt and the merchandise must be in its original condition. To make a Return or Exchange, please open the linked Return Authorization PDF file below, print, fill out, and fax back to The Young Americans at 951-493-6793.

How to Shop in 8 Easy Steps
1. You can browse product choices by choosing a specific category name to see its products and thumbnail images.
2. Anytime you are looking at a small product image, you can click once to get a larger picture with full text description and pricing information and sizes available on apparel.
3. When you have selected an item including size and design, click the “Add to Cart” button where you can type in the quantity you want to purchase. From the shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping or click on the Google Checkout or Paypal option. If you have chosen to continue shopping, you can also click on "View Cart" at the top of the screen, when you are ready to finalize your order.
4. The Young Americans uses Google Checkout and Paypal to process its orders. After clicking one of these options, you will be re-directed to the appropriate website where you can either sign in if you already have a account or create an account to finalize your purchase.
5. Here you will confirm your account information or enter your personal information to create an account.
6. Once you finish your payment, your e-mail address will receive an automated confirmation acknowledgement with all of your detailed order information on it. You may want to print this e-mail and refer to your Order Number and a direct website link to check your Order Status, in case you need to follow up with Customer Service.
7. When your order has shipped, you will receive another automatic e-mail -- shipping notification that includes the tracking number(s), ship date, ship method, and a website link for online package tracking (if applicable).
8. If you need to check the status of your current orders, visit www.googlecheckout.com or www.paypal.com and sign in to your account.
